About Reverend Theodore Claudius Pease
He prepared for college at Prof. Ripley's private school at Somers, Conn. and at Springfield (Mass) H.S. Graduated at Harvard College 1875. INstructor in Rev. M.C. Stebbins classical Institute in Springfield 1875, asst prof. in US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., 1876. Took full course in this seminary 1877-1880, was licensed by Suffolk South Assoc., May 14, 1880 and remained for 4 years. He was then pastor of the First Church in Malden, Mass from 1884 until 1893, when he became of Sacred Rhetoric in Andover Theological Seminary in the summer of 1893.
He was editor of 1891 Speeches and LEcturs of Wendell Phillips. . His sermon, "The Enigma of Life" was published in 1892.

Theodore graduated from Harvard in 1875, was assistant professor of Literature at the US Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland in 1876, ordained Sep 08, 1880, pastor in West Lebanon, NH from 1880 to 1884. He also pastored at the First Church in Malden, MA from 1884 to 1893, and was a professor at the Andover Theological Seminary in Andover.
