JOHN HULL agt RICH: BROWN's Estate Whereas by a Bill under the hand of Mr. RICHARD BROWNE dated ye 3d of February 1674, it appeares to this Court that RICHARD BROWNE stood indebted unto JOHN HULL ye sume of [ torn ] hundred pounds of tobacco and caske, of which [torn] satisfyed; Judgment is granted JOHN HULL against RICHARD BROWNE for twelve hundred pounds of tobacco and caske unless MARY BROWNE, Relict of RICHARD BROWNE, appeares at next Court and shews reason to the contrary als execution

MANLEY BROWNE the Son of RICHARD BROWNE, deced., being aboute ye age of twelve yeares and his Father haveing left noe Estate the Child by the Court with consent of the Mother and the Child, doe bind ye Child unto ABRAHAM JOYCE to serve him and his heires untill he arrives to the age of one and twenty yeares, ABRAHAM JOYCE obligeing himselfe to finde the Child during ye terme sufficient dyet cloathes washing and lodging and at the end of the tyme to pay unto MANLEY BROWNE an able Mare of at least two yeares of age
