- Sir Richard Grey was born circa 1481 at of Groby, Leicestershire, England.1 He married Florence Pudsey, daughter of Henry Pudsey, Esq. and Margaret Conyers, after 23 April 1523; No issue.1,2,12,4,5,6,7,8 Sir Richard Grey left a will on 28 March 1541.7 His estate was probated on 9 May 1542.7
