About Richard Lee Zent
Richard Lee Zent, 74, beloved husband, father, and friend passed away on April 1, 2015, in Spokane.
A Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Friday, April 17, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
Richard was born on May 28, 1940, in Billings, to Harold and Catherine Zent. He attended grade school and high school in Hysham. After high school he joined the Air Force and continued his service in the Montana National Guard for 17 years. He married his wife of 46 years, Phyllis Kueffler Zent on Feb. 1, 1969. They raised two children in Great Falls. Richard enjoyed camping, family road trips and coffee with his friends.
Richard is survived by his son, Dan Zent (Melissa); his daughter Loriann Zent Brown (Jeff); eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; his brothers, John and Tim; and one sister, Mary Catherine. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Catherine; and brothers, Jim, Matt, Ray and Gary.
