FOOTLAND, RIFFORD ARNOLD SR., 92, of New Port Richey, died Monday (Nov. 5, 2001) at Community Hospital of New Port Richey. Born in Superior, Wis., he came here in 1981 from Philadelphia. He was a carpenter, member of Sons of Norway and member of the Masonic Lodge in Philadelphia. He was Lutheran. Survivors include two sons, Rifford A. Footland Jr., Winston-Salem, N.C., and Lenard A. Footland, Arlington, Va.; and three grandchildren. Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Homes, Holiday.
