Robert Atkinson Hawking

Robert, known as 'Bert', was a quiet, introspective genle person who could be known as an 'animal whisperer' today. He loved all animal and they instinctively trusted him. He could handle farm animals such as horses and cows but worked with ease with venemous snakes as well. During his life he worked on the land, in sugar mills, on a nature life zoo reserve and in retirement, worked a tin mine. He was a Christian and saw only good in all people, not always a virtue but he taught us, his children how to interact with all creatures and instilled in us, Green Values way before they became trendy. He lived his life at peace with himself.
