Ronald E. Taylor

Ronald E. Taylor, 57, of Waynesburg, died Friday, September 26, 2014, in his home. He was born February 14, 1957, in Waynesburg, a son of Rebecca Walker Taylor of Waynesburg and the late Nathaniel Earl Taylor. He was a 1975 graduate of West Greene High School, where he was a member of the wrestling team. Mr. Taylor was a retired union laborer with International Brotherhood of Laborers Local 1058, Pittsburgh. He was a former resident of Graysville, where he was a member of the Presbyterian church. He moved to Waynesburg in 1979. Mr. Taylor was an avid Steelers fan and loved dogs. Surviving, in addition to his mother, Rebecca E. Taylor (Bill Evans) of Waynesburg; a daughter, Megan Guthrie (Rylie) of New Freeport; a granddaughter, Halle Guthrie; brothers and sisters Cathy Polen (Scott) of Graysville, Mark Taylor of Waynesburg, Susie Bedillion (Rich) of Dubois, Melissa Riffle (Craig) of Waynesburg and Lisa Cumberledge (Dave) of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a brother, Randal Taylor, and a sister, Vicki Taylor.
