Per the records she was married to Bluford Falkenberry in Tipton, Indiana on 11/22/1890. A marriage of Bluford Falkenberry to "Rosa A. Rigg" was recorded in Tipton, Indiana on 12/24/1879, however in the 1880 census Bluford was found in the home of Mrs. Sarah J. Hay, widow and her daughter Rose . Rosealtha and Bluford had three children between 1882 and 1886. Whether this was a mistake in the marriage record or Rosealtha had been previously married to a "Rigg" I do not know. Rosealtha did have a daughter, Bertha Mae Green. Her father was John M. Green per her marriage record and social security record.

She was next married to Stephen T. Price in Anderson, Indiana on 8/15/1899

Her third marriage was to William Moore in Anderson, Indiana on 6/7/1908
