About Rt. Rev. Nicholas Synge

Rt. Rev. Nicholas Synge was the son of Most Rev. Edward Synge and Jane Proud.2 He married Elizabeth Trench, daughter of Frederick Richard Trench and Elizabeth Eyre, on 27 October 1724.1 He died on 1 February 1771.3

He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).4 He held the office of Archdeacon of Dublin.2 He held the office of Bishop of Killaloe in 1745.4
