On Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Mackenzie Health in Toronto. Beloved wife of the late Ben. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Deborah and Frank Lambert, Julia and Alan Wenger. Devoted grandmother of Susan and Mike, Joanna and Daniel, Elissa and Jonathan, and Naomi and Nick. Proud and devoted great-grandmother of Florence, Micah, Bailey, Aaron, Nate, Ethan, and Dean. Predeceased by her dear siblings and their spouses, Louis and Judy Zbarsky, Maita and Mack Kaufman, Freida and Lester Hirshberg; and by Ben’s siblings and their spouses, Amelia and Louis Rosen, Sonnie and Bill Cohen, Gussie and Hyman Schnaar, George and Shirley Berenbaum, Mary and Jacob Monaker, and Gertrude Dubitsky. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and by her many friends and bridge partners. Funeral service at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Ave. W., Toronto, on Monday, September 23 at 4:00 p.m. Burial to follow in Montreal. Graveside service on Tuesday, September 24 at 10:00 a.m., at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
