About Saber Louli
He was a blind musician and composer who played the oud.
One of his composed songs became really famous in Egypt, called:
"حود من هنا وتعالى عندنا" ('hawed men hena we taala andena') Meaning "Turn around here and visit us!"

It is said that Saber composed this song while hearing his sister, Zebeida, saying these words to their toddler nephew, Adam (Edmond) Louli, as he was beginning to walk!
He composed many of Mounira El Mahdeya's songs, and it is claimed even a few of Sayed Darwish's songs.
On the web, sometimes his name is mistakenly written as "SABRY LOULOU": http://www.albayan.ae/five-senses/2000-05-07-1.1036061
