Sadi Canetti

What I know about my grandfather, is: he came to the USA as an immigrant in 1907. He was 25 years old. He travelled from Edirne to Hamburg and sailed on a ship to NY. His name is listed on Ellis Island register. He worked for some time, and decided to return to Edirne, where he Married my Grandmother Sara who als happened to be Kaneti.

My aunt Sol was born in 1914 and my dad in 1916. He contracted an illness after WW1, and died in 1918. Myself and Sadi Canetti of Brazil are named after him. ( Nisim Sadi Kaneti )
