William Joyner and Elinor Smelly had the following children:
child 16 i. Elizabeth4 Joyner was born in Isle of Wight Co, VA 1726. She married Sampson Underwood in Isle of Wight Co, VA, about 1739. Sampson was born 1722. Sampson died March 15, 1799 in Isle of Wight Co, VA, at 76 years of age. His will was written and signed by Sampson on Aug 28 1797. This has led to a difference in death dates.
