Samuel Czackis was born in Siedlce, Poland in 1903. During the war was in France. Deported with Transport 50 from Drancy,Camp,France to Sobibor,Extermination Camp,Poland on 04/03/1943.

Samuel was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
