Sara Schoonmaker was baptized January 15, 1716 as daughter of Hendrick Jochems Schoonmaker and Heyltje Gerrits Decker [1], and married Andries Cool [2], son of Harmanus Cool (1679-1750) and Cornelia Van Leuven (1686-1750) [1]

1. Catharine bapt. 29 May 1739 sponsors: Hendrick Decker and Catharine Schoonmaker. [2]
2. Cornelius bapt. 23 April 1744 sponsors: Hermanus Cool and Cornelia Leuver. [2]
3. Mary bapt. 8 March 1746 sponsors: Jan van Gardner and Mary Cool. [2]
4. Leendert bapt. 9 August 1747 sponsors: Jacob Cool and Dina Bosch.[2]
5. Elizabeth bapt. 8 April 1749 sponsors: Johannes Deckers and Hannah van Gardner. [2]
6. Andries bapt. 5 April 1750 sponsors: Hermanus Rosenkrans and Mary Stout his wife. [2]

Sarah must have died before 5 November 1753, because at this date, Andries Cool widower of Sarah Schoonmaker remarries Christina Kermer. [2]

Sara married (1) Andries COOL Sr. before 1739. Andries was born in 1716. He died in 1795.

This Sarah did not marry Johannes ROSENCRANS on 8 Apr 1743 in Kingston, Ulster, NY .
