According to "The Carr Book", pg. 50: Caleb and Sarah were both earnest Quakers and possessed of considerable ability and education.
Caleb and Sarah are buried among many other Ridgeway family members in the Friends Burial Ground, including Sarah's parents, Thomas and Mary Ridgeway, according to "The History of Little Egg Harbor, NJ," by Leah Blackman, pg. 206. Also nearby are many Willits, which was Caleb's mother's maiden name.
Sarah likely died from complications from child birth, passing away two days after the birth of their youngest daughter Sarah.
