About Sarah Garnsey
Sarah Millerd (q.v. Miller, Millard) was the 2nd wife of John Titus, Jr. (1650-1697), eldest s. of John Titus and Abigail Carpenter. Sarah was b. Oct 15, 1655 at Rehoboth, dau. of John Millerd and his 2nd wife Elizabeth. Eight children of the marriage.
Sarah m. 2) Aug. 16, 1716 at Rehoboth as his third wife, John Garnsey, Sr. , who d. intestate Mar. 31, 1722 at Rehoboth. There were no children of this latter marriage.

re: "Sarah was still living in 1729 at Rehoboth as the widow Garnsey. She purportedly d. Mar 10, 1731/32 at Rehoboth although there is no record the memorialist can find to prove when or where she died."
Zubrinsky (see below) suggests Sarah Millard predeceased John Garnsey, and argues for a 4th wife of John Garnsey, also named Sarah, and who died shortly after 4 April 1736.
