Sarah is mentioned in the November 8, 1688 Will of John NORTHEY, Sr. John

NORTHEY, Sr. was born about 1607 and died in 1689. His will was dated

November 8, 1688 and mentions two children, John Northy and Sarah Martin, a

grandchild John Pickett, a son-in-law John Martin, and his daughter's other

sons, Peter, Samuel, Robert, and Thomas. His son, John Northy, Jr., was the

executor and his inventory was taken December 23, 1689. Northey was a

fisherman and planter, and was at Marblehead as early as 1645, when he

purchased 12 1/2 acres in the Plain Farm for 5 pounds. He owed the estate of

George Pollard in 1646, stinted for 1 cow in 1647, and signed the 1668/69
