Sarah James Connell

According to Huxford's Pioneers of Wiregrass GA vol 2 p 67,the wife of James Connell was Sarah Reeves. However, Vol 9 p 498 'corrections' states that the Will of Enos James identifies his dau, Sarah, as the wife of James Connell.

Vol 9 p 498 states that the entire Will of Enos James was published in the Huxford Genealogical Magazine in the Mar 1991 issue. This correction was contributed by Gail W Hughes, wife of W L Hughes, who is the 4th great grandson of James Connell and Sarah James Connell.

Mrs. Hughes also states that Samuel Connell b 1805, a son of James Connell and Sarah James Connell, named one of his sons Enos James Connell b 1838. Enos James Connell married Rachel P Strickland on 28 Jun 1865. The bio of Samuel Connell b 1805 is found Huxford's Pioneers of Wiregrass GA vol 2 p 50 additions and correction vol 2 p 300, vol 3 p 364, vol 4 p338 and vol 9 p 948.
