Know all men by these presents that-I Sarah Price of Lawrence County Kentucky being a single woman and widow of Moses Price deceased and being old and in feeble health but possessing South Mind do hereby make and publish my last Will and Testament. I give my soul back to God and my body to my friends and relations to be disposed of them in fitting manner I now give and will and bequeath all my earthly possessions and property and all my house hold goods and kitchen furniture and all and ever Specie? Price and part and interest I have in my and all property of whatsoever kind to my daughter Margain Price except-one yoke of (Oxen) worth about fifty dollars $50…the young yoke of Oxen or Cattle all other property of whatsoever kind and description belonging to me including all money that I may have at my death and all debts due me all I give and bequeath to my son Cleveland Price on conditions as follows that he convey and deed to Margain Price his full and entire interest in the two deeds of land where I now live and reserved by Moses Price as a homestead now in the event that said son Cleveland Price conveys his interest in said lot of land he is to have the cattle or the worth of same fifty dollars if he fails or refuses to do so then said cattle is to belong to said Margain Price. I have other children and heirs at Law, Melanthem Price, Major Price, Louisa Boyd, Sidney Litteral, Charlott Cox, Lizzie Boyd and the Children of Martin Price but I have nothing left to will them Margain Price and Cleveland Price Especially Magain has been to great trouble and expense in take care of myself and their father Moses in old and declining age and I make it as a request that all my Children deed to Margain Price their entire port and interest in said small lot of land I believe it is justly due her I hereby revoke and set aside and cancel all other Wills and make this as my last will and Testament and ask all courts to se that it carried out as herein set out I hereby appoint and constitute my daughter Margarin Price my sold and only Executor or Executors to carry out this Will and request that no bond be require of her In testimony I hereunto set my hand and sign my name by making my mark after this will was fully made to me and explained ind well under stood by me this July 16th day A. D. 1890.
