Sarah Isabelle Wheeler

Mrs. Sarah I. Wheeler passed away Sunday, April 12, 1942, at the age of 88 years. Her children, Ben Wheeler of Vinita and John Wheeler, wife and daughter, Patsy came from Canadian, Texas, to be at her bedside, Mrs. P.A. Moon, Mrs. Jess Richardson, Robert Wheeler, and Mrs. Mollie Burks have been with her constantly. Grandchildren who came from a distance were Mrs. Floyd Voss and husband of Pampa, Texas; Mrs. J.T. Cole, husband and small daughter of Wheeler, Texas; Elmo, Tony, and Clyde Wheeler, Mrs. Doyle Hanna and husband, and Mrs. Rufus Richardson and son, all of Canadian, Texas, and Mrs. Bart Hooper of Buena Park, California. Rev. W.M. Wood of Briscoe, former pastor and teacher in Reydon and Rev. Horace Woodward conducted funeral services Monday afternoon. Burial in White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
