Seth Preston, who
died of the smallpox April
the 26th AD 1777 in the 58th
Year of his Age.
His disconsolate children have
caused this monument to be
erected to an honored father
who is lost to them & to the
world as a memorial of his
virtues & their affection.
Job 14th 10th Man dieth, and was
teth away: yea, man giveth up
the Ghost, and where is he?
