100 years old. Luther served in the Civil War as a Sgt., Co K 49th Illinois Regt. Signed for a period of three years in 1861 but was discharged at Bethel, Tenn in Sept 1862. He had grey eyes, fair complexion, light hair, was married and a farmer. Luther and 2nd wife Melissa are buried in St Francis Mo/Campbell Missouri.
