Samuel m. 2) Aug. 1, 1723 at Wethersfield, his twice widowed half 1st cousin Abigail (Butler) (Crane) Walker, dau. of Nathaniel Butler [the half-brother of Samuel's mother] and Sarah Green, b. circa 1674 at Hartford, Conn.
