  • Osbourne Bors (39), was arrested and charged with Silindile's rape and murder, and was due to appear in court on 27th March, after the case was postponed. He was due to appear in court on 15th April 2018. The case has been postponed for the fourth time. The previous postponement was for validation of the charges and the State wanted to validate his address and for formal bail application. With his fourth appearance for a formal bail application, his defence requested a postponement of the case as they still need time to gather more details.
