Biographical Summary

"Sir Alexander Dalmahoy, Baronet [S. 1679], of Dalmahoy and of Blackness, co. Edinburgh, 1st s. and h. ; suc. to the Baronetcy on the death of his father, before 14 Feb. 1741, when he was served heir to his mother. He m., before 5 March 1751, Elizabeth, da. of Walter Cornwall, of Bonhard. She d. at Edinburgh, 26 March 1763. He d. 29 Oct. or 9 Nov. 1773."
