Sir Ankatil Malorie

The Mallory/Malorie family began in England with some holdings in Dorset, but traces of the family in that county are few or none after the first few generations. It is not impossible that a cadet branch could have lingered on, attracting little to no attention, until perhaps the "Ela Malorie" who is said to have married Sir Thomas Greene of Isham was the last, or one of the last, member(s) of the branch.

This is MUCH less likely than that the whole thing is a figment loosely based on some actual events (NOT related to the Greenes of Buckton!) in the Leicestershire Mallory family.
