18 November 1619: [Extract] Bond (& legal documents relating thereto) by Sir David Ogilvie, eldest son of James Ogilvie of Clovay, having right by disposition of his said father to the lands and baronies of Clovay, Cortoquhy, Alight and others, to pay to Jean Ogilvie, youngest daughter of said James, an annualrent of 500 merks Scots furth of foresaid lands and, in the event of her marriage, the sum of 500 merks Scots.
