Book of Pedigrees referred to in Page 238, in the possession of the Priner of this work, from which the following is extracted concerning the Cradock family, and which will serve to supply some particulars omitted above: - "John Cradock of Newton, & Margaret Moethe, his wife, had issue -- Richard Cradock al' Newton, Esqr. maried Emmota, da. & heir of John Harvey of London. Sir John Newton, Knight, son of Richard Cradock alias Newton & of the said Emmota, mard. Isabell, da. of Thomas Cheder; and & had issue. Thomas Newton, Esqr. mard. The father of Thomas was Sir John; and his mother, Isabel, daughter and heir of Sir John Cliddon, Knight; Sir John being son of Sir Richard by Emma, daughter of Thomas Perrot of Haroldstone, son of John by Margaret, daughter of Howel Moythe, son of ..... etc. ____________________________
