Sir Monoux Cope, 7th Baronet Cope of Hanwell

From the book, "Baronetage of England," printed for John Stockdale, published 1806: Sir John, 6th Baronet Cope of Hanwell, married Alice, the daughter of Sir Humphrey Monnoux, Baronet of Wotton, in Bedfordshire. They had two sons, Monnoux and John, and a daughter, Anne. Sir John died on 8 Dec. 1749

Monoux Cope married Penelope, only daughter of the Honorable Henry Mordaunt. They had two sons -- William, who died young, and John Mordaunt. Sir Monoux died 4 June 1763, at the age of 67.
