Sir Phillip Parker was knighted by Queen Elizabeth I in 1578 as she passed through Suffolk, in 1580 he was the High Sheriff of Suffolk.
Sir Phillip Parker was created 1st Baronet Parker, of Erwarton, Suffolk in 1661.
