About Sir Thomas Lewis Hughes Neave, 5th Baronet

He gained the rank of Major and Commandant in the service of the Royal Defence Force.

Sir Thomas was the son of Arundell Neave, 4th Baronet and the Hon. Gwyn Gertrude Hughes. he succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Neave of Dagnam Park, Essex (G.B., 1795) on 21 September 1877. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex. He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Anglesey. He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Anglesey Militia.
