Wife of John Dering, Esq., son of John Dering, Esq., and Margaret Brent. They had four sons and three daughters; Sir Anthony, George, Edward, Thomas, Bennett, Jane (wife of Henry Haule) and Elizabeth (wife of William Skevington.)

Margaret was buried August 2nd, 1608.
