Documentation is needed to show the link between this Solomon H. West and his (potential) parents Alexander and Sarah Eaton (Hawkins) West. Researcher Deborah E. West states: "I am is looking for proof that shows the link between my husband's 3rd great grandfather (Solomon H. West) and his 4th great grandfather (Alexander West)." Any help to find documentation such as census records (will help by head of household, #'s of male children and there age groups), Will of Alexander (1765 in either Greenville District, SC or Granville District, NC? - 1860 Platte Co., MO), land records, etc. will be much appreciated! I am I the process of checking in Whitley Co., KY but we need to look in NC/SC/maybe TN (during migration to KY?), then in MO for records of Alexander.
