Sophia Lavinia Harvey

Sophia was the daughter of James and Mary Stephens Rosemergy from Cornwall, England and immigrated in 1865. She married Nicholas Curry Trevithick on 1 February 1863 in Helston, Cornwall, and had 9 children with 5 surviving: John (1863), Mary Ellen (1866), Thomas (1867-1880), William (1873-1925), Bessie (1874-1876), Martha (1876-1946), Annie (1876),Thomas (1881-1947), and Bessie (1885-1900). Eliza (1860) and Lucinda (1867) Rosemergy also lived with them in 1870. Nicholas Sr. died in 1888. In 1910, Sophia is living with her son William in Ironwood. Sophia married John Harvey on 3 April 1915 in Bessemer. She died at the age of 73 years 9 months and 18 days from senility.
