Spencer James

Spencer James was the son of Samuel James, b ca 1732, ORANGE CO, VA d ca 1754, and Mildred (possibly Taliaferro, the Taliaferros are linked to the Catletts) b ca 1723, d ca 1802. They were married in Orange Co VA.

Many James descendants say that Frances Davis and Fanny Baker are the same person. One said that James remarried Frances. Here is a list of their children.
