My Dad left home at a very young age and was a very hardworking man. He was soft spoken with a great sense of humor.. I remember going to Sunnyside to visit Grandpa Allen, And staying with Aunt Belle and Uncle Paul Hobson on their Dairy farm. I also remember seeing Aunt Kate and Aunt Daiz. We had quite a few Family reunions on what was then Nacheez Pass as it was considered to be pretty much in the middle of where evryone lived. Aunt Gladys,Midge,Frankie,Uncle John and sometimes Uncle Russ and Uncle Ferd and their families would all show up and there was always wonderful food, laughter and lot's of hugs... I loved all my Aunts and Uncles very much, My Dad would do anything he could to help them. He was a good brother and son. It was wonderful to grow up during that time. There may not have been much money but, there was always love.. To this day I still talk about memories with them which is something I will always cherish.
