OBITUARY For Mrs. Largent, Held at Local Methodist Church, Internment in Sunny Hill. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Methodist Church for Mrs. Vernon Largent, 52, who died unexpectedly of a heart attack Thursday while visiting at Harrisburg, South Dakota. The rites were conducted by the Rev. W. H. Warrior, with internment in Sunny hill Cemetery. Doris Shank, Maxine Freese and Genevieve Shank sang "No Disappointment in Heaven" "I'll Meet you in the Morning," and "We'll Say Good Night Here, Good Morning There" Pallbearers were Harry, Roy, and Russel Bechtol, Clyde Largent, Dale Coll, and Bart Noland of Ames, IA. Stella Pearl Coll was born April 30, 1888, in Guthrie County and was married Feb. 14, 1912, to Vernon Largent. Two children were born to this union, Bruce and Boyd, both of Des Moines, IA. She had lived all of her life in Guthrie and Adair Counties until last spring her health failed and the family moved to Des Moines, IA. On Aug. ___ she went to Harrisburg, South Dakota to visit her sister. Two days later she died. Her parents, one brother, and two sisters preceded her in death, survivors include her husband and two children, one grandchild, one sister, Mrs. Henry Largent of Harrisburg, South Dakota and one brother, Fay Coll of Adair. Largent, Mr. and Mrs. William Fritz and family, Mr. and Mrs. Llyle Fritz and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Parker and family and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hueston and family of West Des Moines; Mr. and Mrs. E. D.
