FLATRIDGE - Stuart Marvin Cornett, 84, died Thursday at his home.

Services were held Saturday in Central Methodist church, Flatridge, with burial in the church cemetery.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Malinda Cornett, Flatridge; six daughters, Mrs. Fred Corriston, Elkton, Md., Mrs. Dean Russell, Flatridge, Mrs. Walter Cornett, White Hall, Md., Mrs. Harmon Hash, Havre de Grace, Md., Mrs. Millard Parks, Galax, Mrs. Stanley Anderson, Falls Church; seven sons, Estell Cornett, Grover Cornett, Flatridge, Wayne Cornett, Speedwell, Carl Cornett, Camp Springs, Md., Donald Cornett, Elkton, Md., Billy Cornett, Marion, Claude Cornett, Clinton, Md.; a sister, Mrs. Sessie Cornett, Flatridge; four brothers, Will Cornett, Rural Retreat, Floyd Cornett, Edd Cornett, Roscoe Cornett, Flatridge; 42 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren.
