Susan McLellan

William and Susan McLellan lived in the parish of Calton, Bridgeton, Glasgow on the 7th April 1861. They had their 2 year old son Daniel, Susan's 60 year old father and her 16 year old sister living with them at this time. Their house had two rooms with window(s). A further two people lived in the house with them (boarders?) Jane Wylie aged 22 from Paisley, Renfrewshire and George Martin also aged 22 from Lanarkshire, Glasgow. George was a carpet weaver.

1871, They lived at 194 London Road in the parish of Calton. There is no mention of their son Daniel, who woud have been 12 years old by this time. They had three sons living with them at this time William aged 9, John 3 yrs and Robert who was 2 years old. They also had a 27 year old boarder living with them called David Patrick. He was born in England.
