Susanna Dorothea Eksteen (Swart) (b3c3d12e8f5) was previously connected to Theunis Johannes Cornelis Eksteen (c5d4e5f6) (* circa 1844) as her spouse. However, this was incorrect. The Eksteen - Swart Marriage Record dated 11 April 1866 (see sources) makes it clear that her spouse was 34 when they were married and must thus have been born circa 1832.

Also refer the Death Notice of Theunis Johannes Cornelis Eksteen (d8e5), which states that his first wife, Susanna Dorothea Swart died circa 1867 (45 years before his own death.) This ties in exactly with Susanna Dorothea's own Death Notice (see link below).
