Susannah Griffin

Susanna Brown was born 8 Mar 1671 in Salisbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts, [1] the daughter of Philip Brown (a tailor in Salisbury) and his wife, Mary (Buswell) Brown. [2] [3] She published her intention to marry John Griffin of Salisbury on 17 Sep 1695 [4] and had her first child (Philip) by him on 16 Aug 1696 in Salisbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts.
