Death & Burial ==On 29 Nov 1858, in Talladega, Talladega county. Alabama, Susan Green Wood died. She was 73 years old.

She outlived her husband, George, by 20 years. For some unknown reason her remains were not laid to rest in the same cemetery as her husband. Instead, she was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Talladega County, Alabama.
