Tessie Speer Dies Monday

A pioneer Kellyville resident, Mrs. Tessie Speer, 76, died early Monday at Bartlett Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born Jan. 24, 1891 at West End, Ill., and came with her parents as a child to Kellyville 60 years ago. She was a member of Kellyville Assembly of God church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Avanell Cain, Kansas City, Kan.; Mrs. Arvilla Clark, Kellyville; a granddaughter; two great grandchildren; three brothers, Ed Harris, Haggerman, N. M.: W. L. and Delman Harris, Sapulpa; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Rose, Sapulpa and Mrs. Dophia Evers, Heavener.

Funeral rites will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Assembly of God, Kellyville with the Rev. 0. C. Connett and the Rev. Vernie Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Kellyville cemetery under direction of Owen Funeral Home.
