Theodore Lipinski, 39 years old, 1000 East King street, died this morning at 10:50 at the O'Malley home, 328 West Howard street, after an illness of nine months. He was born in Winona, April 20, 1889. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Francis and Robert; and one daughter, Constance. His mother, Mrs. Verna Binczyk; four brothers Mike, John, Andrew and Martin Lipinski, all of Winona; and four sisters, Mrs. Joseph Stanislawski and Mrs. Harry Kujah, both of Centerville; Elizabeth and Alexandra Binczyk, both of Winona, also survive. Funeral service plans are incomplete.

Theodore Lipinski Buried Today With Military Honors
Funeral Services for Theodore Lipinski, World War veteran who lived at 1000 East King street, were held at 8:30 a. m. today at the home and at 9 a. m. at St. Stanislaus Church with the Rev. J. W. J. Pacholski officiating. Burial was made in St. Mary's Cemetery and pallbearers were Chester Kolter, Stanley Kropidlowski, Theodore Bambenek and J. P. Zbylicki. Members of the American Legion firing squad which fired a salute over the grave were Russell Bauer, Clarence Barth, Vince Rompa and Leon Bronk while Joseph Hamerski was bugler. The squad was under the direction of Neil Gordon. Mr. Lipinski entered the service of the United States government at Redland, Calif., on Sept. 5, 1918 and was honorably discharged at Camp Grant on March 11, 1919.
