CLOUTHIER, Theresa Joan (nee Lavoie) October 26, 1933 - March 31, 2012 Theresa was born on October 26, 1933 in Bircham, AB. At the age of twelve, Theresa relocated with her family to Cornwall, ON. This is where she would later meet and fall in love with her soul-mate, Marcel. Theresa and Marcel were married in 1953 and had two children, they eventually moved out west where they would call Calgary home for the next forty-four years. Theresa was a valued employee of TD Bank both in Cornwall and Calgary. She spent much of her career at the Chinook Centre branch before retiring just shy of thirty years. Theresa passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 31, 2012 while surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-eight years, Marcel Clouthier; daughter JoAnn (Jack) Penner; grandchildren, Geanette (Miles), Shawn (Jessica), Michelle (Craig), Crystal (Kent) and her nine great-grandchildren, who loved their Nanny dearly. Theresa was predeceased by her son David in 2007. May she rest in peace. We would like to thank the dedicated staff on Unit 28 at the Peter Lougheed Centre as well as our dear friend Ann Gariepy who gave us comfort in a time when she was needed most.
