  • Thomas Barrett-Lennard, 17th Lord Dacre was born on 20 April 1717.1 He was the son of Richard Barrett and Anne Lennard, Baroness Dacre.1 He married Anna Maria Pratt, daughter of Sir John Pratt and Elizabeth Wilson, on 15 May 1739 at London, England.1 He died on 12 January 1786 at age 68 at London, England, without surviving issue.1
  • He was given the name of Thomas Barrett at birth.1 He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 17th Lord Dacre [E., 1321] on 26 June 1755.1

  • Anne Lennard, Countess of Sussex (25 February 1661-2 – 16 May 1721-2), formerly Lady Anne Palmer, alias Fitzroy, was the eldest daughter of Barbara Palmer née Villiers, 1st Duchess of Cleveland, and most likely Charles II of England or Philip Stanhope, 2nd Earl of Chesterfield. ....

Died a few months after his marriage to the Lady Anne in 1716, leaving his wife with child. Their son was Thomas Barrett-Lennard, 17th Baron Dacre (1717 – 12 January 1786), who died without issue.
    • (2) Secondly, to Henry Roper, 8th Baron Teynham (died 16 May 1723). Had, among other children, Charles, who m. Gertrude, sister and co-heir of John Trevor, esq. of Glynd, in Sussex, and left at his decease, in 1754, ....
