Thomas Hase Blake was tried at the Maitland, NSW Quarter Sessions. 3 Feb 1841 and sentenced to 14 years. Blake was convicted of harbouring bushrangers; John Everett, Jack Shea, John Marshall and three others; all were hanged in Sydney for shooting s storekeeper.
Blake was previously convicted of stealing a jacket, tried in Yarmouth Q.S and sentenced to 7 years transportation. Left aboard the "Lloyds" for NSW on 25th Aug 1833, arriving 18 Dec 1833.
Blake was transported to Norfolk Island 1841 before being transferred to Hobart aboard the "Lady Franklin" 18th May 1844
