About Thomas Jefferson Brannam
GEDCOM Note
Tom BRANNAM, died and left an unknown quantity of land to his wife Stella WATSON. Stella remarried to WALKER. Lula BRANNAM (grandduaghter) claims that the WALKER family allowed the taxes to lapse, thus causing the state to confiscate the land. The WALKER family then bought back the land from the state.
Today, the land in question again belongs to the state of Arkansas, and is used as a catfish hatchery.
