Thomas Drummond, Sr.

Thomas Drummond was a gardener at Fothringham, Inverarity, Angus, Scotland.

Mark Lawley in his article on Thomas Drummond (1793-1835), one of the two sons of Thomas Snr. writes that Thomas Drummond married Elizabeth Nicoll on 18th March 1786. The older son was James Drummond (1786-1863). Both sons were gardeners. Both moved to Ireland for a time to follow their professions, Thomas to Belfast and James to Cork.
